OUT-OF-STATE STUDENTS CAN VOTE IN WISCONSIN

Register on Election Day with two required documents: Neither of these have to be physical copies! They can be on your phone!

1) Proof of address. The easiest wat to do that is to update your address here in the student center.

2) You will also need to know your Wisconsin Drivers License number or the last 4 digits of your social security number.

If you live in the pink borders, congrats, you vote in District 8! On election day, assigned polling locations are Frank Holt Center, Memorial Union, Gordon Dining & Event Center, Union South, and Smith Hall. Vote at the location in your dotted green boundary.

Early voting has passed.

\Vote on TUESDAY APRIL 7th! Polls open at 7 am and close at 8pm. Check your assigned polling location above or at https://myvote.wi.gov/en-us/My-Polling-Place.

Accepted ID: Wisconsin driver’s licenses, passports, other state-issued ID, military & tribal IDs.
Not accepted: WisCard, non-Wisconsin driver's licenses.

If you don't have acceptable IDs, you can print a voter ID when you vote, at your polling location!

The voter ID is different than the proof of residence you needed when you registered to vote!
